I’m illiah, designer/owner of C&V and founder of @elevate.cultivate, a community exclusively for graphic designers where I hope to impact the professional design community through retreats, resources, and programs to cultivate business skills, practice creativity, and elevate professional standards. ⠀

I’m obsessed with Archetypes and my favorite is #HowtoFascinate by Sally Hoggshead. I’m the editor-in-chief, and that means that I combine creativity, compassion, and an obsession with details to get results.⠀

C&V is named for my muses, Colette and Vivienne.⠀
My why has stayed the same since the very beginning - I want to live as an example for my muses as an empowered woman. ⠀

On my bucket list is treating myself to an international yoga retreat with @ArrowRetreats and @maggiegiele’s invite-only Tuscany Retreat. ⠀

Pictured with me is Hope, our Boston Terrier that chose us as her family even though we don’t feed her. She’s supposed to live next door with my parents, but she’s the most spoiled dog EVER with dual doggie doors. Everyday, she gets to decide for herself where to sleep the day away. ⠀

One of the best parts of owning a business is the ability to give myself permission to take off a day. We’re going to the @baltimoremuseumofart with V’s kindergarten class today, and I’m super excited to spend the day with them - while getting inspired and recharging my creativity for my clients. ⠀
